How do I tell the difference between a hen or a roo? This is really a dominant chicken and doesn't like being picked up. We have been calling this one Luke because it took the longest to get its feathers but is the same size as 2 others that I believe are hens. But this is the only Wyandotte I have.
Chicken math is real. I was only supposed to have 3 this first year. But started with 4 and then a month later picked up 2 pullets and 2 hens. My husband wanted eggs now. Only 1 is laying, so he is talking to me about getting a few more.

I'm guessing cockerel. Can you take some saddle pictures though?
