I have 34 wyandotte chicks that are a little over 3 weeks. There is one silver laced that has what looks like a little standard comb. All the rest either no comb starting or the rose combs that wyandottes have. This one though is no mistake. It is definately different than all of the others.
Could it be that it is a mistake and the wrong breed got thrown in? Or could it be a throw back and she is a wyandotte with more of a standard comb? She looks like a silver laced wyandotte though, except for that.
I'll have to get a picture.
Thanks
