We recently adopted a smaller sized hen from someone thinning their flock. She lays a smaller sized cream colored egg. I'd say it's about the size of a "Pullet" egg. They told me she was a Bantam, but after looking at photos of Silver Phoenix hens, I'm confused. She's sweet, and loves to perch on our shoulders. As for size she's 2/3 the size of my standard sized hens. I've attached a photo of "Chicken Little" and her egg along with a standard sized egg layed by my Ameraucana. What do you think??

Her body shape reminds me more of my Phoenix. From your description I think she's likely too big to be a Dutch bantam. My large fowl Phoenix (~4lb) looks very petite next to my New Hampshire (~6lbs). The bantams would weigh less than 2 lb.
