Simple Diabetic Dishes

Anyone have any good and easy receipes for diabetic dishes. Especially with eggs.Want something that doesn't require a trip to the store for some odd spice or ingreident!

Go to cooks.com and put diabetic in the search window. Thousands of recipes will pop up. You can even put the ingredients you want in there to limit the recipes. Theres also a nutrition facts button if you're counting carbs. HTH!
