Crust... 2 cups flour 1 cup butter 3/4 cup powdered sugar Filling... 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup flour 2 cups chopped rhubarb Mix ingredients for crust. Press into bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 until browned. Mix ingredients for filling in order and pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Rhubarb can be substituted with any berries or fruit. Caution: This may be hazardous to your diet.
