I found a tiny new little brown egg in the baby pen! It's not Red the RIR's eggs, she laid today and it was her usual brown pretty egg in her nest. This one was to the side just in some straw by a box but not in it. The only other ladies in there are a buff Silkie but it's shaped like a Silkie egg. I'll get a pic of it and post it, but I was wondering if Sizzles or Frizzled would lay brown eggs?

I hatched two Sizzles from eggs that I recieved from someone and they were a light brown small egg that was the same size as my Serama eggs.

I am attempting to upload pics,, I haven't broken it to check for a yolk. I forgot about the pretty black little girl in their two that I thought was a rooster until last week~!

One of the roos in the pen, he hatched with the Sizzle/Frizzle ones, has feathers like a Silkie but 4 toes. I started a thread on him to find out what he might be.
