SKINNY CHICK!!

I have a 3 week old Austrolorp chick. She had been doing fine and her growth had stopped and I need help. She stopped growing about a week ago. Does someone know what I can do?

Does she seem healthy otherwise? I'm sure chickens probably don't grow at a steady rate any more than humans do, though I've never calculated their rate of growth. As long as she's eating and behaving normally, I wouldn't worry. Does she have companion chickens?

She is eating and drinking fine. She has 9 other chicks to hang out with, that are all the same age but a bit bigger. I will keep an eye on her and hope she stays well. Thank you!!!
