Skunks are weasel-related so yes but usually they kill one in the process of stealing eggs.

Yikes, makes me feel lucky to hear that skunks will eat a chicken. I recently caught 3 baby skunks whose mama made a den under my chicken coop. I knew skunks were eating eggs, I just didn't know at the time that they were living so close! I covered the hole the skunk had been using, hopefully with her babies gone (neighbor's dog killed the fourth one) she won't come back.
