Slackers!!!

I have 17 chickens that should be laying and one of them is molting, one of them has chicks and the rest of them are SLACKERS!!! ( Time to talk about freezer camp) I have only been getting 10 eggs a day and today they only layed five!!! GRRRR...

Sounds like 2 have a good excuse.

Maybe they're contagious and it's spreading to the other 15?

I dont know...

All I know is that I lost a bit of money when I got a order of six dozon eggs and could only give them two and a half dozon...

It's September. Do you have a light on in your coop? Chickens don't lay well with less than 14 hours of light a day.
