Sleeping all the time won't eat or drink

I have a Wyandotte she won't eat or drink I have moved her into the garage. She just sleeps. We are feeding her apple cider vinegar what could be wrong with her

I replied on your other thread. I would stop the vinegar. It is not needed, and especially in summer heat.
