sleeping newly hatched chicks

    is it normal for the chicks to sleep after they hatched??

    yup, completely normal. They're exhausted! how is your baby with the yolk sac?

    how long did the yolky baby take to get better?

    how much yolk was out? did it survive?

    i have a yolker right now. born way too soon.

    hes sleeping but moving his legs and has his wing covering his eyes.

    hoo hum.. so hard to watch
