Sliced Comb

I had my hen in the barnroom because she need a break from the rooster but in the mean time she somehow got out and cut her comb and it bled quite a bit. I brought her in because she couldn't stand up she would stomble around and fall or sit and fall backward I have had her in the house since then and she has no wantto to get up and walk about, the bleeding has stopped
I have been giving her food and water and she eats , her poop has started to turn watery greenish
I have her on scrambled eggs and chick starter to giver her extra protein
will she ever get the want to to get up and walk , she has no balance

Unless she lost an awful lot of blood, it sounds like she has another injury somewhere.

You can stop bleeding with flour or corn starch in an emergency.
