Slightly bald neck on two of my chickens! Could they be moulting?

Hi Everyone,
Two of my Red Rocks have a bit of a bald neck. One of them is worse than the other. They are a year old so I was wondering if they could be moulting. Lupin is bald just below her earlobe and Zinnia is a bit bald in the middle of her neck. The skin doesn't look red or anything. Some help would be extremely appreciated!

Moulting is supposed to start on the head/neck and go down the body, so yes, it could. Usually they don't lose every feather, they just look raggedy for a while. I'd check for mites/lice just to be sure it's not that.
