Slightly odd poop

Hi there picked up this honey Friday. She is super sweet but has loose stool. I can add probiotic into her water. Just curious if this is super concerning or just regular weird chicken poop and settling in?

Does she have lice too?

If most all of her poops are like that, then I'd treat for Coccidiosis.

Liquid Corid is 2tsp or Powdered Corid is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7days as the only source of drinking water. Don't add any extra supplements or vitamins that contain B1(Thiamine) to food/water during the course of treatment.

thank you. She is living with three friends who came with her. Can they drink the same water?
There is no lice on anyone. I will examine here poop more, too.
