Slipped Tendon? in older chick

So, we have the leg braced and all but when i was checking her leg, the knee looks to be a little swollen. I was feeling it and there is a bump thing on the front that feels like a tendon that shouldnot be there. When we tried to see it we could move it back, she sounded like it hurt. She can walk on it just fine but her leg bows out . We don't know what to do other than brace it. Any suggestions??
