Both are 2.5 years- they have been raised together. Would be lovely to keep them together, but not a necessity
    Barred rock hen
    Pekin drake

My flock is down to 3 and my RIR has peritonitis. I have a toddler, and don't have the time required to raise new chicks AND the owner of our house is moving in her son. Chickens are illegal here- so finding a house that's ok with me bringing them is SLIM.

These are family pets; very social/tame. It's going to be difficult to say goodbye to them- but I think it's in their best interest. [IMG]

I'd love to take the hens off your hands. I'm in Huntington Beach, are you in the OC?

It's just the pekin drake. Sadly, raccoons took my Rouen :(

I am in San Luis obispo -which is 3-4hours north of LA. I think that trip is too far for these birds (they stress in the car)

Thank you for extending your home tho!
