I’m thinking a rooster, but age might help!

That's still a nice small and light comb for 9 weeks. Though the waddles are looking nicely red.. they don't look big.

My standard male Wyandottes showed their gender pretty early.. 5 or 6 weeks old, huge waddles and red combs.

This might be a pullet or late blooming cockerel. Maybe another pic... side standing shot more clear than the last. :pop

Gender shaped saddle feathers aren't likely coming in just yet. *Sometimes* the lacing can be a good indicator of gender in laced breeds.

I would estimate lady, based on our SLW experience. Standard size and two years ago, mind you.
    Hmm.
    Following for answers! :pop

    I’m thinking pullet.

Just curious but i didn’t understand the Cheerios reference. Was there a Cheerios commercial with the quote “which is what I want?”

It was Cheetos... I was just being goofy about the up close pic with orange staining on the finger nails (especially after I zoomed in). And hoping a perfect stranger didn't get all bent out of shape. It worked THAT time. :p

I like Cheetos and Cheerios! :wee

At 9 week... probably pullet unless late blooming cockerel. Got an updated pic today? :pop
