SLW : Could I have a banty?

I have an Ideal SLW. She will be a year old in February. She hasn't started laying yet, which seems very late to me. Plus she is smaller than my BLRW (not from Ideal)

Are there banty SLW? How could I determine if that is what I have?

There are bantam slw but I don't know how to tell. I guess size. I don't know. Shes a year old and isn't laying yet? That's odd.

Are you sure she is a year old?? Her comb doesn't even make her look like 7 months to me...

Yep, quite sure. I bought her as a chick a few days old. She does have a rose comb.

ETA: Her legs are small (thin) compared to the BLRW as well.

Yes, I would agree some would cull her. She honks, she has a very slight crossed beak, she hasn't layed an egg yet, and she is smallish.

But. . .I'm not looking to show her. She is spunky, brave, and cute. She isn't suffering at all, so I will keep her. I just like to know what I've got. . . . Which appears to be a sort of "special" hen.
