Small but soft crop during morning check-ups

Hello,
I have 4 two year old hens. I check their crops almost every morning and before doing so, I take away the food to be sure they don't eat before I check them. Three of my 4 hens have a completely flat crop which is perfect. But for as long as I can remember, one hen has a somewhat flat crop but feels more squishy than the others. She is eating, drinking, laying, and acting fine throughout the day and has a large normal crop in the evening. It's just that every morning, her crop feels a little different than the others. I haven't had any concerns since she is acting fine but I just want to make sure I am not missing something. I've read almost everything there is to read about crops and sour crops, which I thought maybe could be the problem, but the symptoms aren't all there apart from the small squishy feeling. Could it simply be that her crop is made this way, or she has maybe a bit more skin, so that's why it is softer than the others??
Thanks for any input!
