we have a hen that lays an about the size of a quarter. i could understand this if she was a younger hen, but she is the same age as the other hens. they all eat the same thing. in these small eggs, there is no yolk. what's wrong with her?

If she consistently lays these small yolk less eggs, sometimes called "wind" or "fart" eggs, then she has a defective reproductive track or is very concerned about your cholesterol. I've never heard of this before, so it would be fascinating to see if others have experienced this.
