Small fry!!! :)

I have a 10wk old rir hen (1of4) who recently has been trying to over come her past traumatic experiences.
1.got hurt one night somehow in the coop during a hail storm
2. Managed to jump and smack her head one day
Look...she's just accident prone...
However. She seems to be significantly smaller than her other 3 sisters..
Any guesses?
