Small Tail-less chick, identify breed?

So my little chick is about 5 weeks old, half the size of her "sisters" (I picked out 8 different breed at Rural King so similar age chicks), slow to feather and no tail feathers. She appears healthy and acts about the same as everyone else. Just little. Any idea on breed?

Thanks! That was one of the breeds that I "thought" I had. Her small size was throwing me.

She's only five weeks.

She appears to be growing a little slower than the average. Nothing to worry about.
Very pretty bird.

Doesn't mean she's not pure, she just wasn't chosen for breed standard. Hatcheries used by places like Rural King and Tractor Supply aren't exactly known for the highest breed standards. Even my barred rock from Meyer Hatchery has color leakage on her feet.
