Has anyone had this happen hatched the same day and everything one is alot smaller then the others
I have had it happen. There is such thing as a runt chicken, just as there is in a litter of dogs or cats. In my experience the runts usually don't make it, but that doesn't mean always, I have had some.
Runts do occur. Generally they are born with a congenital defect and as cccchickens has said they generally do not survive for long.
Could it be a large fowl cross bantam BO. From what I can tell you didn't notice a different in egg size and hatching took the same time but it could be a large fowl hen who layed the egg and a bantam cock who was the father.
