Smallest egg ever!

    Some one laid an egg about the size of a large marble. These are hens that are 10to 24 months old and I thought were all laying regular eggs
    These are austro;lorps, black star and wyandottes . Some of them just came out of broodiness, would this be the cause of the tiny egg?

    do a quickie search on here for "fart eggs" [​IMG] no, i'm not kidding. [​IMG] it's normal, as long as they're not doing it all the time.

    i've only ever had one tiny egg, and i saved it because i think it's cute hah. usually they don't even have yolks in them, and mine dried out naturally without stinking or anything hehe.
