smelly eggs

mr. ranch hand, they delight in blue seal home fresh layerd feed, mash and or pellets. i clean there beds &coop every day. today i think they were eating there poop? what is with that? they also have cracked corn for dessert.

Can you describe the smell? Are you collecting daily? I know in your cold climate the coop is often kept closed, do you have an ammonia buildup? (get down to chicken level and sniff) What do you feed the hens?
