My rescued frizzle turken rooster isn't walking yet but he is doing much better. You can see the life and personality in his eyes.

He sure looks cute - although Turkens aren't my cuppa tea....

Why can't he walk what happened?

That is the cutest ugliest chicken I have ever seen. VERY COOL and GREAT PICS.

He came from a home where he was chased picked on and abused by his fock. They didn't let him eat and he became very skinny and because he has no muscle mass left in his legs or chest. I think he will be able to walk with time though. He is getting much better.

He looks very content in his new home. Seems to like to pose for the camera too. [IMG] As if to say"Love Me, I know you Love Me" He looks like he's wearing a stole without those feathers [IMG] Mabey he would make a good movie chicken? I hope he feels better soon. [IMG]

He is a sweetheart. I have never met a friendlier chicken. He just lights up when I walk outside to him. I've had him about 2 weeks now and have fallen in love. I don't even notice how "ugly" he is anymore.

Those are the best kind!! My favorite chickens have been "rescues".
It looks like the ladies don't think he's ugly, either!
