My BF cranked up the ole BUD (big ugly drum) smoker and oh boy! He built the smoker out of a 55 gallon drum. It works great. He wants to build another one, bigger. [IMG]

    I’m impressed!!!

We do a lot of smoking also and I know from personal experience that smoking is an art that not many people do really well; but it looks to me like your boyfriend really knows what he is doing.

    Thank you!

Here is the smoker. He wants to build another one, bigger, so he can do a whole pig! Once we find a 100 gallon drum of some sort he will build another one. [IMG]

I have a 275 gallon oil tank thats free for the taking. Thats what most people use to make pig and lamb cookers here.
