sneezing and chest infection

I rescued 2 new battery farm chickens and I've realised that they are both sneezing and they can't breathe through their noses as snot has layered on their noses. I've looked online and it says that they have a chest infection. Any advice?

They most likely will need to be taken to a vet.
Do you have a feed store near buy that sells Tylan?

Are they eating and drinking?
How long have they been sick?

A vet would be best. You should also google mycoplasma in poultry.

yes they are eating and drinking and about 2 weeks after i got them one started to be ill i got them in November 2016
