Sneezing and Runny Nose

My 3week old chick, will be four weeks on Thursday, is sneezing and has a runny nose. What does this mean and is there anything I can do for him??

If it's not something in the environment, it could be a respiratory disease. If it's a respiratory disease it can spread to other birds. Here's a link to respiratory diseases. Scroll down and read up on infectious coryza and mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.) Seems there's alot of that going around. Feel free to read all of them if you wish.
