Chickens were snowed in before i had to shovel them out. We got drifts around 4 feet and there is no where left to put the snow. At least the chickens got some treats.

At least the snow banks act as a wind shield. My poor birds have chosen to be coop bound for second time this year because today the 20 MPH winds are coming from the only direction I've not sheltered...odd weather with that storm, winds gusting from the south up the river. Just shoveled their run out too and threw down hay and Boss to coax em out to feed. Sun's actually starting to peak out now and should get a high today of 15F.
