Yes, it is worth the wait. Now after 4 days, wondering when she will lay another. [IMG]

Quote:My Ancona laid her first egg on Monday, second one on Wednesday, third one yesterday. So far she hasn't laid one today. So I'm guessing, yours probably won't lay one tomorrow but might lay one on Sunday. I guess it depends on the breed and the individual hen, though. Congratulations! Those first eggs are so much fun!

Quote:That first egg does breed more impatience. Over a year in and still cant wait to get to the coop to see how many. I'm not crazy am I?[IMG]
