Yeah, it's been like 10 years since I've attempted this. Took a bunch of tries, but I finally pulled it off!

(I probably should have stretched a little before doing it) :old ;)

Well done Rob! Were you an acrobat in a past life? Might be needing some muscle soak/rub after that!

Thanks, but LOL, nope! I just remember seeing it on TV when I was young and practiced a lot with my friend until I figure out how to do it... that was like 25 years ago, an I probably haven't done a successful one since 10 - 15 years ago.

Yeah, I was pretty sore after that whole night... not so much from the kip-ups, but from the trampoline, rope climbing, tumbling, etc. that I was (obviously by my clothes) not expecting or at all prepared for!

Fortunately I wasn't too sore the next morning or day. Definitely sore, but not terrible (which really surprised me). I think I'll keep taking ibuprofen just in case ;)

Well done! :thumbsup I haven't done that in 36 years. If I tried that now I'd be in a full body cast! :lau

That’s quite a gap since you last did one!!

You sure have been a busy bee! Is it going to be a regular thing?
Think I’d need a chiropractor after all that never mind just ibuprofen!
