The big girls seem to leave them alone, but they're jumping out of the brooder (at least 10 of them are). At what age can I just let them be in the coop with my 3 big girls?

Unfortunately the brooder is just too big to cover with the materials that I have on hand. They seem to like to get out and explore and the big girls do not get in the brooder.
