I just rescued a Jumbo Male Pekin and he has Bumblefoot. My Female Pekin is now showing a possible sign of it as well. Can Epsom salt ( a lesser amount) be placed in their swimming pool so they get a regular bathing of it throughout the day. The water is changed daily and they have fresh water to drink constantly.

Only problems with them having access to epsom salt in their pool is its also a laxative , and for there to be any benefit to helping their bumbles you'd have to use quite a bit in a pool. I'd just soak individually.
:welcome
My problem is my wife just had hip surgery and it is hard for me to catch them to do a soak 3-4 times a day plus I work. I change their pool water daily and figured if I just put in a smaller amount, they would be soaking it in longer.

You can try it. But Epsom salt also causes dehydration. So keeping freshwater
out is important.
You can do Epsom salt compresses a couple times a day.
Just know the Epsom salt isn't going to cure bumble you will have to get the infection out of there for it to heal.

Hope your wife heals up fine too.
