We processed some at 8 weeks, and they dressed out really nice. My parent stock came from Middle Georgia Quail Farm and also from Pop57. My fertility and hatch rate has been very good.
I also get a lot of doube and triple yolk eggs from my quail. Here is a pic of a normal Quail egg, one of my huge eggs, and a Bantam Rosecomb egg. Those biggies make GOOOOOD eating!
