some kind of wart on my minorcas face? (with pictures)

There is a large ball on the side of my Minorca cocks face. Can anyone tell me what it is and how to cure it?

At first I thought it was a sting but itsbeen there for over 6 months now. I tried to pop it and clear liquid came out Like the stuff in a blister. But the next day it filled back up
