One of my good friends' grandma has got terminal cancer

She told me today, it was a sad occasion.
I tried to reassure her, but it doesn't seem like there's anything anyone can do for her as she's had it before.
She told me she picked me to tell because I can make her laugh... I thought that was sweet of her.

Neither of us pray much, but I could always give it a shot

She's taking it pretty hard, I mostly just listen to her talking about her feelings, but it feels wrong if I can't think up a response.

She seems fine now. She was devastated when she first found out... now, she's back to normal and I'm terrified to ask if things turned out okay in the end.
