    I would like to know if here is any way I can prevent this from happening to her again. This looks very painful!

    Can you take pics from different angles with a quarter next to it to get a better idea of shape and size?
    How old is she?
    Has she ever laid any other funky eggs?

    New pics uploaded,
    Not sure which hen as I have more than 30. But I did hear one of the guineas in there trying to wake the dead!
    And so far this is the funkiest egg to date!
