someone please help puffy eye coming back!!

I had all my girls drinking water with Tylan in it for a week and the 2 that were affected with puffy eyes got better. I stopped the meds Wednesday. Today is Friday and one of the girls is getting a swollen eye again. Do I keep them on it for longer? I don't know how else to help her. Any suggestions are appreciated.
