Someone please help !!

We got 19 baby chick's today and one of them is rolling around scratching her head and squawking really loudly. We are at a lose and don't know what's wrong with it. We thought at first it was just cold but after we warmed it up it was acting fine then a couple hours later we were back to where we began with it rolling around. None of the other chicks are acting this way.

If you could post a vid that would be helpful.
Meanwhile, are you giving them vitamins? Something like sav-a-chick in the water.
Is the chick doing this continuously, is it eating/drinking?

Welcome to BYC. Sorry about your problem with the new baby chick. I would just try to make sure that it is warm, getting water and food. Check for pasty butt, and the usual problems. It could have something neurological going on. Watch to see that it isn’t hurting itself or hurting others. She may need to be separated with a small divider in the brooder. I once had a tiny OEG hen who kept pecking everyone’s eyes the first day she was home. She was ruthless, and would not stop to eat or drink. I separated her overnight, and she was fine the next morning. She is now 8 and my favorite chicken.
