Recently my hen Esperanza’s been acting weird. She’s been a little puffed-up lately, but I haven’t paid any mind until this morning when I saw her standing in the corner of the run with her head tucked into her neck and her eyes closed. She just stood there and didn’t move, so I brought her inside. She’s opened her eyes, but she’s still just standing there. What should I do?

Her vent looks strange.

I'd check her for an egg. The vent looks as if she's trying to push out an egg.

Ate those her eggs? If so looks like she got a calcium deficiency. She might need to eat some oyster shells or feed her eggs shells. If other wise healthy I would imagine the calcium would harden up the shells. I'm not an expert by no mean but I had a chicken once that did that

I’ve put oyster shells in the coop, but they never eat them.

Start Calcium Citrate with D3 right away, give for at least a week.
She needs the extra calcium to form shells and hopefully expel any more membranes.

Since the membrane ruptured, I'd also get some Amoxicillin and start her on that to help prevent infection in the oviduct. Dose is 57mg per pound of weight given orally twice a day for 10-14 days.

You can find Calcium Citrate at stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Just pull down on her wattles, pop the pill into her beak and let her swallow.
