Something wrong with my hatched Chick

My chick was the second one to hatch. It is about 18 hours old. I noticed last night that it wasn't moving around like the first one when it hatched. Today, now that it has dried, she will sit up but her head lays all the way back. And most of the time she will fall backwards on to her back. Please Help! I don't know what is wrong with her?!

Is her head attached to her back? If so, something wrong would be in the way she was developed. Otherwise, I don't know. Take her to a poultry vet. If she can't eat or drink, it might be best to just put her down.
