Something's wrong with my ducks wings

This duck was "dumped" at my pond several months ago. She fit right in with everyone else and I was happy to have her.
I noticed her feathers were a little thin a few weeks back but I figured maybe she was moulting?
Today when I saw them I couldn't believe how bad they were.
Does anyone know what this is and how I can help her?!

It looks like a molt to me. But, just to be sure, have you checked her over for mites or lice?

Looks like molt to me too I have some looking just like her.

She is in the middle of a heavy molt.

Oh Thank God. I thought it was something awful. I've had others moult but never like this. How long should it last?

Maybe a month or longer takes them a while to lose them then they have to grow them back again.

In my experience when it is colder they tend to regrow their feathers rather rapidly.

Mine have been working on their molt for about 3 weeks now not quite done yet. Got a late start here to since we had such a long hot summer.
