sonic mole deterrents hurt or bother chickens?

Hi!

Does anyone know if those chirrping mole deterrent things bother chickens? Mine don't seem to be bothered, but how would I know? Also, anyone have any non poisonous ways to get rid of moles? Poison has been killing the local owls and other critters that eat moles, so if you use it you're essentially shunned in my county (Marin County, CA) Plus I'd worry it'd somehow hurt my chickens anyways. We have 4 backyard chickens, so it's a relatively small area that I need to evict the moles from.

Noise making devices won't hurt the chickens or the moles.

The best mole deterrent is to kill the grubs in the soil they feed on.
