Can I make one tiny little suggestion?
I too have poop boards (and would NEVER again have a coop without them).
The height of you roosts over the poop boards is low enough to allow for easy head drilling of lower ranking flock members passing by higher ranking members at roost time.
I originally set my roost height to 10" over the PBs but found that 13" worked very well to stop the head shots during the Roost Time Rumble.
