My chicks are about 2 wks old. We live in a hot dry climate with days in the high 90s and overnight lows in the mid to low 60s... But warming up quick! I should have my coop built in about two weeks. Is that too soon to kick them outdoors?? Even if it's just during the day for a while?

It's not too soon to have them outdoors now for daytime outings. They will run off and hide unless they are renced, though. Just watch to be sure they don't get chilled; you'll be able to tell by their behavior. I would certainly put them outdoors for good in 2 weeks in your climate.
