Good evening ya'll

This is my first post on BYC and I can already tell this is a great resource for information gathering and Q&A. I've been raising chickens now for 8 days. I've enjoyed every minute and look forward to seeing my ladies every morning.

We have 6 Rhode Island Red hens, which I have a coop in a 40 sq ft pen, but I let them out every morning to forage all day in out fenced back yard and garden area.

Looking to see if any others are located in the Mobile County area.
