I've noticed Speckled Sussex do seem to get very male-like tails, both sexes.

They are likely too young of birds.If you look under the feathers on the backs of your birds, you can see if pointy or round saddle feathers are growing. Look from mid back to the tail, just to the side of the backbone. Shiny, pointy ones mean cockerel. Round, pullet.
She is 15 weeks now.Wow! That tail screams roo, but it can’t be male with that comb. Is she an adult now?
I have read on here, that you should be able to see them starting to grow under the feathers by now, but I suppose each bird is different.They are likely too young of birds.
