Yes they will.
Most black sex links are a RIR type rooster bred to BR hens. Your SS is basically the same thing with mottling. Mottling takes two copies to show so the offspring won't express it.
That will leave them pretty much looking like any of the black sex links as chicks and adults.

I believe so, pullets will be black, cockerels will be barred. I am new at trying to figure out genetics, hopefully others will chime in.
