Deff Roo, but SS roos are so pretty!

looks like a young cockerel but keep it till at least 16 weeks by then you should know for sure by the feather development

Probably a cockerel -- the stance is rather upright. I wouldn't say 100% sure yet because the comb/wattles haven't changed much in 5 weeks' time and I know from experience that a SS can show pink comb/wattle at 3 weeks, have it not change until 14-16 weeks, and end up being a hen.
